A simple two part slot together cavity tie, allowing cavities
of up to 300mm wide to be spanned.

As
a result of problems experienced over wider
cavities (150mm to 300mm) and the weight
of long ties overturning masonry units, the
Vista two part tie allows larger cavities
to be spanned, (up to DD140 standard for
a type 2 tie).
The shorter half is built
into the inner
leaf as construction proceeds,
whilst the longer half is locked
onto the
inner leaf and built
into the outer leaf
as it lifts.
