- Eligibility:
- The Vista Engineering Ltd Monthly Prize Draw (hereinafter referred to as “the Prize Draw”) is open to all customers who have placed an order with Vista Engineering Ltd during the previous calendar month.
- Only one entry per company/branch is allowed per month.
- Employees of the Vista Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
- Entry Period:
- The Entry Period for each monthly Prize Draw begins on the first day of the calendar month and ends on the last day of the same month.
- Prizes:
- Each month, three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Each first prize winner will receive 6 cases of 12 beers.
- Prizes are non-transferable
- If, due to personal reasons including but not limited to religious beliefs, you are unable to accept alcohol as a prize, alternative gift vouchers to the value of £90 will be offered.
- Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within seven days following the end of each monthly Entry Period.
- The selection process will be conducted by Vista Engineering Ltd, and their decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw.
- Notification of Winners:
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase within fourteen days following the end of each monthly Entry Period.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within thirty days of notification, Vista Engineering Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
- Publicity:
- By entering the Prize Draw, winners agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
- General Conditions:
- Vista Engineering Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.
- Vista Engineering Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Vista Engineering Ltd.
- The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
By participating in the Vista Engineering Ltd Monthly Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
