GC-NP Hand Nail Plates (Anthracite Grey)

A nail plate system for manual use which enables the construction of timber structures on site to strengthen joints for non-structural applications. Automated production ensures uniform hole positions.

A cost effective method of jointing structural timbers (such as site built trusses) simply by nailing through the pre-punched holes. Plates must be fixed on both sides of the timber. The pressed dimple design adds strength and rigidity to the component whilst also assisting in the location of nails.

Material – Manufactured from 0.9mm thick galvanised steel to BS EN 10346 + G275 and powdercoated after fabrication.
Fixing - Fix using BPC Sheradised Square Twisted Nails 30mm x3.75mm. Plates must be fixed on both sides of the timber.
