All hangers feature a 75mm bearing surface and pre-punched side gussets to allow nail fixing into timber joists with a 30 x 3.75mm Sheradised square twist nails.
We offer three different types; Joist Hanger Type S for standard applications, Joist Hanger Type R with return flange that greatly increases lateral support, and the Joist Hanger Type D to be used when timber joist positions are directly opposite each other on either side of a wall or beam.
Horizontal (heavy duty) restraint straps are suitable for horizontal restraint applications such as tying timber roofs and floors to masonry walls. Vertical (light duty) restraint straps can be used for vertical movement applications, such as holding down wall plates to masonry. Standard product includes one bed or twist.
